Building Calendar & ALUUC Events
Events at ALUUC are not officially scheduled until entered on the office calendar by the Office Manager. If you are planning an event at ALUUC and want to reserve room(s) on the calendar: Email Cheryl at Office@ALUUC.org OR
- Write down the details: event name, date, begin time, ending time, rooms requested and contact person’s name, phone & email.
- Place the information in Cheryl Wycoff’s mailbox in the office.
- In case of conflicts, Cheryl will contact you.
- Most events will appear in the Sunday bulletin and on the ALUUC website.

For events held off-premises, submit to Cheryl Wycoff’s mailbox or to Office@ALUUC.org
Monthly Newsletter events
Send to Newsletter@aluuc.org or please call 217-585-9550 and ask for Cheryl Wycoff for help if you do not have email for newsletter submissions.
