In her book, “The How of Happiness,” author Sonja Lyubomirsky identified Gratitude as a key method to achieving happiness.  As we approach the holiday of Thanksgiving, let us explore her theory and see how the practice of gratitude might enrich our lives.

Nearly fifty years ago, the Unitarians and the Universalists merged into a new denomination. What have been some of the milestones of the last half century, and what may we infer about our future as a religious movement?

This service continues a festive tradition created by Unitarian congregations in the late nineteenth century, celebrating the twin beauty and marvels of Spring & community.
