Prairie Wind Chapter
of the
Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans

Hosted by the
Abraham Lincoln UU Congregation
Springfield, Illinois

Discover the beauty of balancing the inner self with the natural world

We are an eclectic Earth-centered group, not following the path of any one specific Pagan belief system, but borrowing and pinching and tasting some things from many Pagan beliefs and interweaving them with UU beliefs to create our own unique spiritual feast.

We celebrate the eight Sabbats in the Wheel of the Year, as the seasons change.  We create sacred circles, we sing, we meditate, we drum, we dance, we raise energy and spirituality.  Most of all we laugh, eat, talk, share and have FUN!

We are not a cult.  We do not worship any entity known as "Satan" or "The Devil" as defined by the Christian faith.  We do not seek power through the suffering of others, nor do we accept the concept that personal benefit can only be derived by denial to another.  We believe that whatever you do comes back threefold, so therefore, we are interested in doing only good, positive things.
